Appeal, Post-Conviction, Coram Nobis, and Pardon

.....As your attorney, I investigate and gather the record of your case. I prepare your petition for certiorari, petition for post-conviction relief, petition for coram nobis, or request for pardon. I also prepare legal brief in support of these things. I argue your appeal, litigate your petition, or advocate for your pardon.

.....Keep in mind that I will need time to prepare your case, which involves meeting with you, investigating the facts, researching the law, developing a strategy, and preparing appropriate documents. In addition, over time witnesses, who are necessary for you, can become unavailable, or their memories can fade. Records, that are essential for you, can be lost or destroyed. If you wait to seek counsel, you will prevent me from doing all that I can do for you.
